Stone Faced Curtain Wall

INTRODUCTION 

It must be noted that the beauty of classical architecture is largely due to its modular character, to this constant will be added strict adherence to the rules of implementation of the different orders of architecture, rediscovered by the artists of the Renaissance.
The rigorous use of "golden ratio" governing proportions and rhythms will help to remarkably harmonize the different elements of the building and the decoration.
Bringing together the modular character of the Classical Architecture and the modern prefabricated building techniques has become a matter of course.

CONSTRUCTIF SYSTEM 

WH has developed a construction system based on the curtain wall principle specially adapted for the classical residential stone architecture.
The principle is to prefabricate large modular stone faced curtain wall panels.
Those stone faced panels will be transported from our workshop to the job site by containers and fixed to the skeleton of the building.

TRIANON PROJET 

A prototype of 60 square meters inspired by the "Grand Trianon" architecture has been realized in order to test the concept and its implementation.

TRANSPORT  

The wall segments fixed on transport chassis are slipped in in maritime containers which will be transported on site. This proven technic of transport allows you to transport segments of more than 10 square meters at lower cost and safely.
